Jay Wagner

Jay Wagner is a Senior Managing Director and Seniors Housing Group Leader at JLL Capital Markets, where they have been responsible for all Senior Housing related Capital Markets activities since 2023. With a career encompassing over 375 transactions exceeding $20 billion in investments and financings, Jay previously led Cushman & Wakefield's Seniors Housing Capital Markets team and held positions at Pappas Enterprises and CIBC World Markets. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University and is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, serving on various councils and committees, including the Finance Committee at Hebrew Senior Life in Massachusetts. They reside in Newton, MA with their spouse and four children.
