Jay Wilson, RA, has over 20 years of experience in green building initiatives within both public and private sectors, specializing in affordable and multifamily housing. Currently, Jay serves as the Director of Green Initiatives at NeighborWorks Capital, where they lead efforts to reduce on-site fossil fuel use in affordable properties. Previously, Jay was Vice President of Sustainability at JLL, overseeing a team focused on electric vehicle strategy and social sustainability. Jay also played key roles at the District of Columbia's Department of Energy and Environment, including launching the D.C. Green Bank and achieving LEED for Cities Platinum Certification. Jay holds a degree in Architecture from Syracuse University.
