Jenna Chai

Jenna Chai is a dynamic program leader currently serving as the Director of Global Programs at JLL@Google, where they leverage over 11 years of experience in workplace experience, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Previously, Jenna held various roles, including Senior Associate at North Head and Senior Manager for Admissions at Yenching Academy. They have demonstrated a commitment to inclusivity and strategic transformation across multiple organizations while engaging in significant research and advocacy work. Jenna earned a dual B.A. in Women's Studies and International Studies from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a Hospitality Certificate at Cornell University.
