Jim Nolden

Jim Nolden is an Executive Director of Solution Development at JLL, where they design bespoke solutions for Data Center needs, including for Hyperscale and Colocation facilities. With 15 years of experience in the Data Center Industry, Jim has led numerous teams focused on Data Center Services and Equipment, while consulting clients on best practices in operations and OPEX reductions. Prior to JLL, they held key roles at companies such as Schneider Electric and CBRE, where they were instrumental in driving growth and developing long-term relationships with industry stakeholders. Jim's educational background includes a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
