Jim O'Leary

Jim O'Leary, MAI, is the Executive Director at JLL, where they lead the Midwest Industrial Valuation group, assisting institutional owners and lenders with various valuation needs. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate valuations, they have specialized in industrial and multifamily asset valuations throughout the Midwest. Prior to their current role, Jim held positions at CBRE, where they served as Vice President and Senior Appraiser, and at Appraisal Research Counselors as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Jim's background also includes serving as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, and experience as an Industrial Real Estate Broker at Darwin Realty and Development. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Xavier University.
