Joe Perl, CSM, is a Property Management and Shopping Center Management professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in management, marketing, leasing, and operations. Joe has managed properties ranging from 450,000 sq. ft to over 1 million sq. ft. Currently serving as the General Manager and Vice President at Myrtle Beach Mall, Joe has been with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2007, where they have successfully exceeded NOI goals and earned recognition as a JLL D.A.R.E Marketing Finalist. Joe holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Business Communications from Bryant University.
