John B. Sell

John B. Sell is an accomplished construction and real estate professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Sell's experience includes roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing major construction projects as an AVP and later serving as VP in various capacities, including Construction Discipline Manager and Strategic Planning Manager. At Blythe Construction, Sell gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer managing multi-million dollar projects. Recently, Sell served as SVP, GM & Market Leader at CBI, and as Global Account Director at JLL, focusing on comprehensive strategies and client-centric real estate solutions. Sell holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
