John Concepcion PE

John Concepcion PE is currently an Assistant Chief Developer at JLL, having previously worked as a Maintenance Mechanic and Technician III. With extensive experience in hotel facilities maintenance, John served as the Maintenance Manager at Sandman Signature Hotel and as Chief Engineer/Maintenance Manager at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier. John holds several certifications, including a Technical Safety BC Certificate of Qualification as a Class 4 Power Engineer and various health and safety certifications. They completed a degree in Operations Management and Facilities Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
