John Danielson

John Danielson is a Senior Director at JLL, specializing in Value and Risk Advisory within the national retail sector practice. They began their career as an Appraiser in Detroit in 2015 at Stout Advisory and subsequently worked with Terzo & Bologna, Inc., later known as Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Prior to their appraisal career, they managed commercial real estate due diligence and construction loan administration for Level One Bank. John has extensive experience in various property types and has completed assignments for diverse clients, appraising properties across over 15 states with values exceeding $100 million. They are currently pursuing degrees in Environmental Design/Architecture and Real Estate Development and Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder and Central Michigan University.
