John Dettleff is the Metro DC Industrial Team Leader at JLL, guiding a five-person team that holds the #1 market share in the region. They have played a pivotal role in completing $1B in transactions, representing notable clients such as Blackstone and Amazon. Previously, as Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, John was a top regional producer in office and industrial transactions. In addition to their leadership at JLL, John co-founded WARECAP in 2019. They earned an MBA in Finance Marketing from Marymount University.
