John Testerman

John Testerman is currently a Senior Director at JLL in the Hotels and Hospitality Group. Previously, John held various positions including Senior Director at Berkadia, where the individual contributed to the launch of a national hospitality practice. With past experience as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and roles at Hunter Hotel Advisors and The Generation Companies, LLC., John has developed expertise in acquisitions, development, and investment sales. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University in 2010.
