John Walters

John Walters is a Real Estate Development Manager at JLL, where they have been since 1997 after transitioning from a successful 12-year career as a licensed architect. They obtained an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and have managed the development of over 1.5 million square feet of mission-critical data centers for clients including Bank of America and UnitedHealth Group. Prior to their current role, John served as a Project Architect at Skidmore Owings & Merrill and held various positions in architectural firms from 1987 to 1997. John holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
