Johnny Lau

Johnny Lau is an Authorized Person and Registered Inspector in Hong Kong, with over 11 years of local experience in building surveying. They currently serve as the Director and Head of Building Consultancy at JLL and a part-time lecturer at the Department of Construction, IVE (Morrison Hill). Previously, Johnny has held positions as Technical Director at Uni-China (Business) Management Limited and as an Associate Director, Project Manager, and Director at PWL Surveyors Limited. They have specialized in areas such as building control, statutory submission, and project management, and have acted as an Expert Witness in construction disputes. Johnny is also an APC assessor for the HKIS and RICS in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
