Jon Beerman

Jon Beerman is currently a General Manager at JLL, where they leverage extensive expertise in commercial property management, construction management, investment sales, and leasing. Previously, they served as Senior Property Manager at Cornerstone Companies, Inc. and Embarcadero Capital Partners, overseeing a significant office complex in San Jose, CA, and managing teams and complex property operations. Jon's earlier experience includes a role as Property Manager at CBRE/New England, managing a prominent office high-rise in Boston, as well as serving as Real Estate Manager for CBRE, where they handled a large portfolio in the Bay Area. Jon's career began as an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap, providing essential financial analysis and transaction coordination for real estate sales. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
