Jon Bianco

Jon Bianco currently serves as Senior Director of Global Corporate Development at JLL, leading global M&A, joint ventures, growth investments, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Jon holds the position of Principal in Global Corporate Development at JLL Technologies, focusing on real estate technology investments with an emphasis on capital markets and smart building technology. Jon's expertise extends to early- and mid-stage PropTech investments through JLL Spark Global Ventures. Other roles include Membership in the Real Estate Technology and Innovation Council at the Urban Land Institute, Board Observer at Roofstock, and Guest Lecturer at Cornell University. Previous experience includes leadership positions at EasyKnock, CrowdStreet, RealCor, Cresa, and Cushman & Wakefield. Jon holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Real Estate from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has degrees in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University, along with fellowship credentials from the Cornell Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute.
