Jon Cruse

Jon Cruse, CRE, is currently the Managing Director in Value and Risk Advisory at JLL, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, they lead JLL's national Market & Feasibility Studies practice, providing advisory services across a variety of property types and conducting comprehensive market analyses. Previously, Jon served as Executive Vice President at JLL and Vice President of Advisory at Zonda, as well as Associate Director/Economist at Integra Realty Resources.
