Jon Switzer

Jon Switzer is an Austin retail real estate expert with a diverse background as a former Major League pitcher. Drawing on skills learned in professional sports, Jon excels in advising and negotiating for retail clients, focusing on site selection and business development. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Retail Brokerage at JLL since 2013, Jon has strategically partnered with various brands, including Orange Theory Fitness and Total Nutrition, to facilitate the opening of numerous retail locations across the United States. Jon holds a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing from Arizona State University.
