Julia Wilhelm

Julia Wilhelm is a Senior Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they focus on maximizing the value of clients' assets through complex office leasing projects. Previously, they achieved significant milestones at Cornish & Carey Commercial and Studley Inc., including being awarded the "Rookie of the Year" and recognized as a Rising Star in the real estate industry. Julia was also the first real estate professional in Northern California to receive the LEED-AP designation, demonstrating expertise in sustainable real estate practices. They are actively involved with the United Way of the Bay Area, working to combat poverty in the region, and they hold a BA in Economics from Duke University, complementing their studies with international programs in France and at The London School of Economics.
