Justin Greider is a Mixed-Use and Lifestyle Retail Project Specialist with expertise in tourism and retail throughout Florida. Currently leading JLL’s retail team in the state, Justin develops merchandising strategies and market entry plans for both national and regional tenants, having recently collaborated with Raising Cane’s and Dollar General's pOpshelf concept. With a background in capital markets and extensive experience across various roles in the retail brokerage industry, Justin has earned multiple recognitions, including being named the #1 retail broker in Orlando by NAIOP three times. Justin's prior experience includes roles at The Staubach Company, Crossman & Company, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, and Trammell Crow Company, complemented by educational endeavors at Rollins College.
