Kai Pan

Kai Pan, MAI, CRE, is the Executive Managing Director and National Head of Multi-Housing at JLL, where they lead a team of apartment appraisers to provide exceptional client service. Previously, Kai held the position of Director at Integra Realty Resources from 2010 to 2016 and served in various roles at JLL, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President. In their role at JLL Valuation Advisory, they specialized in the valuation of multi-housing assets and ensured platform-wide quality assurance.
