Karol Gajewski has extensive experience in real estate, having held various positions in negotiating and management across multiple companies. Gajewski began a career at Vertigo Property Group as a Negotiator from May 2014 to August 2016, followed by a role as a Negotiator at SkyWest from September 2016 to March 2019. Gajewski then served as a Senior Office Negotiator at AXI IMMO Group from April 2019 to May 2021 before advancing to Industrial Leasing Manager at White Star Real Estate from May 2021 to September 2023. Currently, Gajewski is a Senior Consultant at JLL since April 2025 after previously holding the position of Consultant. Academic qualifications include a degree in Management from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and an Erasmus Exchange in International Business Management from EDHEC Business School.
