Kat Smith

Kat Smith is a seasoned professional in workplace strategy and design with extensive experience across various roles in multiple organizations. At JLL, Kat served as both Director and Associate Director, while at Savills, Kat held the positions of Senior Workplace Strategist and Workplace Strategy Specialist. Prior roles include Design Strategist at HLW and Space Planning and Design Assistant at Cornell University’s College of Human Ecology. Kat also gained experience as a Facilities Planning and Design Intern and served as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a study abroad program in Interior Architecture at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2016.
