KC Patel

KC Patel is the Senior Director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where they specialize in Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisory, Finance and Advisory Services, and Hotel and Resort Properties. They joined JLL in 2019 as part of the HFF acquisition after serving as a Director at HFF from 2011 to 2019. Throughout their career, KC has focused on hospitality real estate investments, managing transactions totaling over $3.5 billion and working with notable clients such as W Hotels and JW Marriott. Prior to their tenure at JP Morgan, they were a senior member of the hospitality investment sales group at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in New York, achieving over $2 billion in sales of hospitality assets.
