Keith Watts is currently the Regional Operations Manager at JLL for the IBM account, overseeing engineering operations at various property locations in the Western Region. With over 35 years of facilities management experience across diverse industries, including healthcare and high-tech, Keith has held significant roles in project management, energy management, and union negotiations. Previously, they served as the Senior Vice President and Account Director at JLL, managing operations for notable clients such as Electronic Arts and Intel Corporation. Keith is a member of the International Facility Managers Association and has achieved multiple professional designations, including Certified Facility Manager and Sustainable Facility Professional. They hold an Associate's degree from San Mateo College and completed advanced studies at the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
