Kenia Fuertes currently serves as Senior Vice President at JLL's International Desk, focusing on end-to-end Transaction Management for corporate clients’ real estate portfolios globally. With a career spanning over a decade at JLL, Kenia has held various key positions, including Associate Director overseeing global transactions and leading estates management for HSBC in Latin America. Prior roles at Newmark Knight Frank involved account coordination and client relations, contributing to a robust background in real estate management and business development. Kenia is an alumna of The New School, The Catholic University of America, and Manhattan University, where studies centered on Languages and Art History.
