Kenika Ng

Kenika Ng, MBA, FMP, SFP, PMC, has extensive experience in management and operations within both the military and corporate sectors. From February 2011 to July 2012, Kenika served in the United States Air Force as a Quality Assurance and Facilities Manager, overseeing a team of military and civilian engineers and optimizing workforce productivity. In subsequent roles at Voxpro from April 2018 to October 2019, Kenika led a team of managers in a Financial Tech environment, focusing on policy enforcement, HR tasks, and revenue enhancement. Currently, Kenika serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at JLL, facilitating career transitions for individuals in the military community, while previously directing facilities management operations for Intel’s extensive campus, ensuring efficient maintenance and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and an MBA, supplemented by various military leadership programs.
