Kevin Mueller serves as the Global Occupancy Planning Director at JLL since July 2017, leading a team of regional Occupancy Planners to deliver strategic and occupancy planning services for a major technology client. Prior experience at JLL includes roles as Occupancy Planning Manager, where Kevin led strategic occupancy projects and data analytics for Moderna, and Sr. Occupancy Planner for various accounts including BMO Harris Bank, focusing on occupancy planning analytics and reporting. In addition to work at JLL, Kevin has been a licensed Realtor® at Pearson Realty Group since June 2014, and previously held positions in property management, including Director of Property Management at Two Blue LLC and Property Manager at Transproperties Management. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
