Kristen DeLay, CFM, is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, and Corporate Real Estate. They have held roles such as Director-Workplace Services at ServiceNow and Director of Real Estate & Facilities Management at Duly Health and Care. Previously, Kristen served as Vice President of Facilities & Real Estate at Catamaran LLC and has managed teams and projects at various respected organizations, including Humana and Deloitte Consulting. Currently, they are the Senior Facilities Manager for North America at JLL, overseeing all manufacturing and distribution sites for Diageo.
