Lance Young

Lance Young is a seasoned professional in industrial investment sales, currently serving as a Director at JLL since September 2019, where prior roles included Investment Advisory Associate and Investment Advisory Analyst. Before JLL, Lance worked as a Research Analyst at HFF for a brief period in 2019. Lance gained practical experience as a Commercial Finance & Performance Analysis Intern at Phillips 66, where responsibilities included creating Excel forecasting models and researching blockchain solutions for marine transportation agreements. Additionally, experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Stream Realty Partners further enriched Lance's expertise in the field. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
