Laure Lou Steff

Laure Lou Steff is currently a professional in Talent Communications and Engagement at JLL, with a specialty in sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding. Previously, Laure held various roles at Deloitte Australia and Roche Diagnostics, including Sourcing Administrator and Candidate Care Consultant, and Human Resources Assistant, respectively. At JLL, Laure advanced through several positions, culminating in roles as Director for HR Communications EMEA and Global Internal Communications for Talent & Development. Laure holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ecole de Management Strasbourg and a Master’s in Political Science from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Strasbourg, along with an exchange program at the University of Technology, Sydney.
