Leah McDormand

Leah McDormand, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Human Resources Business Partner for Work Dynamics at JLL. Previously, they held the position of Americas Head of People Experience at JLL Technologies, where they focused on enhancing employee engagement. Leah's early career included roles such as HR Generalist at UPS Capital, where they improved hiring processes and developed compensation structures. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and are currently continuing their education at Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
