Lee Botts

Lee Botts possesses a diverse and accomplished professional background, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager at JLL since June 2014, along with roles as Beekeeper at Piney Woods Farm since February 2018 and Zoning Commissioner and Vision Plan Committee Member for the Town of Ball, Louisiana, since June 2015. Prior to these roles, Lee Botts had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, spanning from August 1989 to October 2013, culminating as Command Transformation Superintendent, overseeing strategic planning and project management for a large organization. Additional positions included Lean Process Quality Engineer and Lead Production Superintendent for C-17 Heavy Cargo Airlift, demonstrating expertise in quality assurance and operational excellence. Lee Botts holds a Master of Aeronautical Science in Management and a BS in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
