Liam Springer is currently the Lease & Projects Lead for Global Real Estate at JLL, where they focus on project management, overseeing office refurbishments and workspace design. They have a background in architectural projects, having worked with various companies, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Carillion, where they honed their skills in AutoCAD and building regulations. With experience ranging from residential developments to commercial buildings, Liam has contributed to significant projects and maintains crucial plans for numerous sites. Their educational foundation in Multi Skills Construction was built at Bracknell & Wokingham College.
