Lisa Martin

Lisa Martin has over three decades of experience in facilities management, with notable roles at several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Facilities Manager at JLL since January 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at Lincoln Property Company from February 2015 to December 2023, overseeing facilities management for approximately 65 bank locations in the Greater Washington and Southern Maryland area. Prior to that, Lisa managed facilities for 126 Truist branch locations as a Facility Manager and handled 140 SunTrust Bank branches while at Jones Lang LaSalle. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at SunTrust Bank and as a Project Administrator in Facilities Management at Fannie Mae, where Lisa started in 1990. Lisa holds a Facility Management degree (FMA) from BOMI, obtained between 2002 and 2024.
