Lobar Kodirova

Lobar Kodirova has a diverse background in facilities management and hospitality, with experience spanning multiple roles since 2009. They started as a PA to the F&B Manager at Le Grande Plaza Tashkent, where they honed their customer service and event management skills. Subsequently, Lobar served as a Help Desk Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions until 2024, managing client services and administrative tasks. They currently work at JLL as an Assistant Facilities Manager, where they focus on enhancing workplace efficiency and maintaining service excellence, and they are expected to transition into a Facility Manager role in 2025. Lobar holds a degree in Philology and has pursued further education in hospitality and team management.
