Logan Koch

Logan Koch is an Associate Director at JLL, specializing in senior housing valuation and consultation. Logan has multiple years of experience on JLL’s valuation advisory team, excelling in commercial real estate valuation and delivering tailored financial solutions. Currently in their fourth year as a Finance student at The Ohio State University, Logan is actively involved in various student organizations, including serving as treasurer of the Club Football team and participating in the Fisher Citizenship Program and Best Buddies International. Previously, Logan held positions as a GIS Intern/Project Manager for the City of Xenia and as a Service Representative at Morgan Stanley. Logan's strong customer service and interpersonal skills have been developed through diverse jobs and volunteer work.
