Loretta Grant

Loretta Grant is an Associate Director at JLL, currently part of the Central London Building Consultancy team, where they provide advisory services to both investor and corporate occupier clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at Ridge and Partners LLP from 2016 to 2023 and held the position of Assistant Building Surveyor at P H Warr plc from 2014 to 2016. Loretta began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Next Retail Ltd from 2009 to 2011. They earned a First Class Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Building Surveying from The University of Reading between 2011 and 2014 and serve as an RICS APC Assessor.
