Lorraine Morgan

Regional Operations and Performance Lead (APAC)

Lorraine Morgan is an experienced leader and Hong Kong permanent resident with a diverse background in management, compliance, and operational roles across multiple industries. From 1996 to 2007, Lorraine held various customer service positions while studying and traveling. Lorraine managed compliance and quality assurance at CarillionAmey from 2011 to 2014, where they worked on significant contracts and process improvements. Currently, Lorraine serves as the Regional Operations and Performance Lead (APAC) at JLL, having previously held leadership roles in HRIS and operations management, effectively overseeing large teams and complex projects across the Asia-Pacific region. Lorraine holds a BA Honours in American Studies and a Master's in International Studies from the University of Sussex and the University of Nottingham, respectively.
