Lei Zhu Lucas is a sustainability and energy management professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. They currently serve as the Regional Sustainability Lead at Microsoft and as a Senior Sustainability Manager at JLL, focusing on sustainability strategy, energy performance optimization, and waste management. Previously, they held roles as a Sustainability Specialist with M Moser Associates and Ingka Centres, as well as a Project Manager at Turner & Townsend. Lei Zhu completed a Master of Science in Built Environment: Environmental Design and Engineering from UCL and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
