Luis E. Blanes

Luis E. Blanes, PE LEED AP is the Director of Operations at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they have served as Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering and Operations in Latin America since 2002. Previously, they held various roles in facilities management, including Physical Plant Director at San Jorge Children's Hospital and Dr. Cayetano Coll y Toste Hospital, and served briefly as Engineering Director at Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital. Luis also worked as a Consultant for healthcare facilities and as a Sales Engineer at Computec Systems Corp. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez Campus, following their education at Escuela Central de Artes Visuales.
