Luis Rosa is currently the Global Performance Manager at JLL, where they lead efforts in integrated facility management and support global operations. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Operations for the Global Facility Service Center, overseeing critical facilities support for an extensive international portfolio. With a solid foundation as a retired State Police Sergeant, they bring over 25 years of law enforcement experience to their operational command and leadership roles. Luis received the Excellence in Subject Matter Expertise Award in 2022 and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. They studied Criminal Law at Coastal Carolina Community College from 1985 to 1987.
