Lydia Lim is the Head of Sustainability for South East Asia at JLL, a position Lydia has held since 2023. Previously, Lydia served as Deputy Director for both the Future of Building & Infrastructure and Sustainability at JTC Corporation from 2018 to 2023. Their earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Director and Section Head at DHI and a Senior Engineer at Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd from 2004 to 2010. Lydia began their career as a Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore's Tropical Marine Science Institute and also worked as an Advisor/Researcher at Deltares. Lydia is currently pursuing both a BA and M.Eng in Civil Engineering at the National University of Singapore.
