Lynne Delameter possesses extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction industry. As the Director of Project Management at Mata Construction, Lynne provided executive oversight for project teams, ensuring efficient coordination and adherence to contractual requirements. Prior to that role, Lynne served as a Senior Project Manager at Swinerton Builders, managing multiple Class A tenant improvement projects concurrently while maintaining budget and schedule compliance. Lynne was also the VP of Operations/Project Director at Shangri-La Construction, focusing on client satisfaction and seamless project delivery. Currently, Lynne holds the position of VP of Projects at JLL.
