Lynnette Muhich

Lynnette Muhich, CPM, has over two decades of experience in property management and accounting, beginning with a role as a Staff Accountant at Great Lakes Management from April 2002 to June 2003, where full accounting functions were handled for multiple multifamily and commercial properties. From July 2003 to February 2015, Lynnette served as a Senior Property Manager and Accountant at Mortenson, managing up to seven commercial properties and overseeing maintenance, security, and janitorial staff while negotiating leases. Lynnette advanced to JLL, first as a General Manager managing a portfolio of three office buildings and later as Vice President - Sr. General Manager, overseeing a significant commercial office and retail property in downtown Minneapolis. Lynnette holds a B.S. in Accounting from Metro State University and a Mini Master in Investment Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas.
