MacOn Perry

Macon Perry is an accomplished Chief Engineer at JLL, overseeing the MUTUAL TOWER BUILDING in Downtown Durham and the award-winning THE PARKLINE in Chapel Hill since October 2020. Prior to this role, Macon served as Senior Facilities Manager at Norwich Commercial Realty from March 2015 to October 2020, managing 600,000 square feet of commercial properties in Downtown Durham. Macon's extensive experience also includes serving as Facilities Manager at Greenfire Development from January 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities encompassed 1 million square feet of properties. Additionally, Macon worked for NC Mutual Life as Director of Facilities Management and Construction from December 1991 to January 2006, overseeing the corporate headquarters and district office maintenance. Early in the career, Macon worked as an HVAC Service Representative at Johnson Controls from August 1983 to November 1991. Educationally, Macon attended Wake Technical Community College from 1984 to 1987.
