Maila Ramirez

Maila Ramirez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Since August 2007, Maila has held various leadership roles at JLL, currently serving as Senior Director, where responsibilities include providing professional lease advice, strategic planning for office relocations, and managing the real estate process for corporate clients. Prior to this, Maila worked at Ascott Makati/Oakwood Premier Ayala Center from April 2006 to August 2007 as a Sales Account Executive, focusing on servicing and expanding accounts for multinational corporations and government agencies. Earlier roles at Oakwood Premier Ayala Center included Sales Assistant and Customer Service Associate. Maila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines and completed additional education at the Asian Institute of Management in 2011.
