Maleka Jackson

Maleka Jackson, MBA, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at JLL, leading the execution and development of the company's diversity strategy while collaborating with employees at all levels and external partners. Previously, Maleka worked at Accenture as the NA Diversity Talent Acquisition Recruiter, focusing on the recruitment of diverse entry-level candidates for the consulting practice. With over six years of experience in Higher Education Administration, Maleka has successfully managed Career Services programs and teams, offering support across various departments. Maleka’s career began in education as a teacher before transitioning to financial services as an Investment Accounts Specialist. Maleka holds multiple degrees including an MBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MHRM in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.
