Marc Bleyer

Marc Bleyer possesses significant experience in the real estate sector, having held various key roles across multiple organizations. At the American Institute of Architects in New York, Marc served as Program Coordinator before advancing to the Government of the District of Columbia as a Capital City Fellow. Marc contributed to the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development as both Deputy Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Project Manager. In subsequent roles, Marc worked as a Director and Manager in Real Estate and Infrastructure Services at KPMG US, before assuming the position of Director of Business Development at JLL. Additionally, Marc held the role of Capital Program Manager for the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education in D.C. and worked as an Economic Development Budget Analyst at the New York City Office of Management and Budget.
