Marcus Banks

Marcus Banks, FMP®, is a Senior Facilities & Operations Manager with over 22 years of military experience, specializing in operational efficiency, safety training, and project management. Currently leading a team at JLL, they oversee daily facility operations and financial management for multiple Boeing campuses. Previously, Marcus held senior leadership roles in the United States Air Force, where they managed large-scale projects, budgets, and personnel in various engineering and facility management disciplines. They are an Air Force veteran, hold an active Secret Clearance, and are a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional. Marcus is an MBA candidate at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
