Mark Bauer

Mark Bauer is the Vice Chairman and National Director of the Data Center Solutions Group at JLL, where they lead the West Data Center Solutions Group and manage global client representation in mission-critical data center relocations and expansions. With over 33 years in commercial real estate and two decades in the data center and colocation industry, Mark has negotiated more than $2.5 billion in transactions and over 20 million square feet of total transactions. Prior to their role at JLL, Mark held senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis, contributing to significant projects such as the transformation of the Arizona Republic Building into a premier data center. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
